The 8 Satanic Statements
(our view of the symbol of Satan)
1. Satan stands for indulgence and self-satisfaction without fear of judgement, for we are still animals after all.
2. Satan stands for living hard and improving constantly, without waiting for the promise of a false afterlife.
3. Satan stands for loving and spending time with those who deserve it, rather than parasites.
4. Satan stands for respecting nature and the protection of our environment.
5. Satan stands for seeking knowledge, even when it challenges long-held beliefs.
6. Satan stands for good trouble and freedom of blasphemy, regardless of who takes offense.
7. Satan stands against tyranny, especially when it hides behind religious authority.
8. Satan is the reason the Church holds the power it does; and the reason it fears losing it.
What does "forgetting past orthodoxies" mean?
"Forgetting past orthodoxies" is when you forget the arguments and belief systems that you believed in the past. We believe that part of growing involves agknowledging and improving yourself based on your past actions, so remembering them allows you to avoid repeating them. Remembering how and what you were indoctrinated with prevents you from being indoctrinated again.
